| Return Policy: | FOR BROKEN OR DAMAGED ITEMS ONLY (will be replaced when we receive damaged one) 1.) Buyer must contact seller day of delivery. 2.) Package must be postmarked back to seller within 3 days of delivery. Buyer must send item to seller with Delivery Confirmation AND Insurance via USPS, this is too guarantee seller receives returned item. Failure to do so will void the Exchange Policy. DAMAGED ITEM -***Once Seller receives returned item in the same packing material it was shipped in, and in the same shape the item was shipped, an exchange will be shipped out after item is check and returned to manufacturer. EXCHANGE: When you receive your item, and it is damaged, contact the seller same day of delivery. Your damaged item will be replaced when damaged item is received by seller. Once item is returned for exchange, in the same packing material it was shipped in, and in the same shape the item was shipped, an exchange will be shipped out. RETURNS: To return an item you just decided you don't want, you MUST contact seller DAY of delivery (date of delivery can be checked on UPS or USPS Sites - seller sends you the tracking number a.s.a.p.) Because you decide not to keep the item, you will receive refund - less shipping cost, any Final Value Fee, and PayPal Fee's (if you have paid via PayPal only). We do this because items are brand new, and described as they are, they are packed perfectly by professionals, and if they arrive damaged, we can not help how the UPS handles them, BUT.. WE WILL REPLACE ITEM(s) AT NO EXTRA CHARGE - JUST RETURN THE DAMAGED ONE TO US. 3. If Negative Feedback is used as a resolution dispute forum for any transaction, Buyer will be reported. Violation of any terms within this policy,Buyer will void the Exchange Policy. 4. IF YOU LEAVE NEUTRAL OR NEGATIVE FEEDBACK BEFORE TRYING TO WORK OUT YOUR PROBLEM WITH ME...
